This is a full-time on-site role based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area for an Estate Planning Attorney. The attorney will provide legal counsel and develop strategies related to estate planning, draft and review wills, trusts, and other legal documents, manage probate and estate administrations, and assist clients with succession planning. The role involves interacting with clients to understand their needs and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Estate Planning and Succession Planning to develop client-specific strategies
- In-depth knowledge of Estate Law, Probate, and Estate Administration
- Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and courts
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Juris Doctor or equivalent) and valid legal license to practice in Mexico
- Prior experience in estate planning or related fields is highly desirable
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
