We are a growing company in the U.S. commercial real estate sector looking for an experienced Marketing & Community Manager to support our digital marketing efforts on a remote, part-time basis. This is a contract position for a skilled marketing professional who can work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
This role is adecuado for a candidate with a strong foundation in digital marketing who is ready to take ownership of community management, sales funnel strategy, and web presence for a growing digital course/community.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day community management across digital platforms
- Support the development and maintenance of landing pages and website content
- Design, build, and optimize sales funnels to support lead generation and conversion
- Execute foundational marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
Requirements
- Proven experience in base/foundational marketing
- Working knowledge of landing page and website development
- Solid background in community management
- Experience creating and executing sales funnels and/or sales strategies
- Fluent English (90–100%) is mandatory — applications without this level of English will not be considered
- Availability Monday through Friday, EST hours (part-time)
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor/service provider (this is not a traditional employment position)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL)

- Monday–Friday, part-time, EST hours
