Eaton/u2019s Vehicle VGNA division is currently seeking a Factory Manager. This position will be based in our San Luis Potos/u00ed location. Relocation assistance will be provided. Travel up to 10% may be required./n/nEaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company.

We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton/u0027s plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. /u200b/n/n## What you/u2019ll do:/n/nReporting to the Plant Manager, the Factory Manager manages and ensures deployment and compliance of site EHS programs, Eaton corporate policies and procedures, local, state and federal regulatory requirements and aligns site strategy to general strategy, with Product Line Managers./n/n /nYou will assure deployment and execution of strategies communicated from Site Director.

Align and manage PLM/u2019s, IE, Manufacturing and Maintenance areas to achieve operating and production objectives optimizing all the resources through budget management and meeting targets consistent with quality assurance requirements in coordination with site functional areas. /n/n /nYou will be responsible for assessing and analyzing cost of production to find ways to optimize expenses and profit through process improvement and workforce efficiency. Align and adapt Business Units strategies to achieve site High 5s. And communicating with site director or other functional leaders for shifting company priorities, needs and/or potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency./n/n /nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /n/u2022 Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules.

Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area. /n/u2022 Provide quality oversite of the production operations with Maintenance and Quality Control - team monitors and audits the production operation to ensure work standards, training, quality checks,



calibration, etc. standards are being effectively executed and maintained. /n/u2022 Forecast labor requirements and efficiency through capacity planning and recommend equipment and/or facility changes, production methods, or material handling procedures. /n/u2022 Initiate and recommend the purchase of new capital equipment. /n/u2022 Leverage data analysis to improve the team/u2019s performance and identify opportunities to influence product development priorities. /n/u2022 Work cross-functionally to understand the Value Stream and how projects impact the entire process. Ensure material flow, workstation setup is considered when processes are designed. /n/u2022 Integrate production and distribution to provide the highest level of customer service. /n/u2022 Manage inventory with best-in-class principles /u2013 raw materials and finished goods. /n/u2022 Develop comprehensive training programs to improve production output and lower labor costs. /n/u2022 Work with Human Resources to review compensation levels to ensure manpower is available to meet production targets and satisfy customer demand. /n/u2022 Control and minimize overtime labor. /n/u2022 Enforce corporate policies, processes, and procedures. /n/u2022 Foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities. /n/u2022 Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives. /n/n/n## Qualifications:/n/n/u2022 Bachelor/u2019s degree in business management, finance, engineering or related fields required. /n/u2022 Minimum 7 years of experience in a management position within a manufacturing environment (preferably automotive). /n/u2022 English /u2013 language capability, speaking, reading /u0026 writing required /n/u2022 Demonstrated knowledge and plant manufacturing operations and business leadership, and Continuous Improvement framework. /n/u2022 Strong knowledge and experience process tools such as profit planning, strategic planning, Lean System/Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management,



Quality System, and Environmental Health and Safety. /n/u2022 Broad technical knowledge in the areas of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, plant engineering, production/materials planning, maintenance needs and systems application. /n/u2022 Broad financial knowledge for asset management, budgeting and profit plan obtainment. /n/u2022 Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels. /n/u2022 Strong leadership skills must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement. /n /n/n## Skills:/n/n/u2022 Support continuous improvement framework efforts to meet and exceed customer requirements in a fast-paced environment. /n/u2022 Establish a timely response for corrective actions to help drive continuous improvement framework through the Environmental Management Program. /n/u2022 Utilizing the prolaunch process, direct the transfer, start-up and development of new technologies or new processes; promotes and applies the continuous improvement framework. /n/u2022 Develop and implement positive employee relations (Eaton Philosophy) to encourage employee involvement and to create an environment in which employees see no need for third party intervention. /n/u2022 Proactive /u0026 results driven. /n/u2022 Interaction with non-direct controlled functions (i. e.
