We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be on-site and remote technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues. This role requires strong customer service, analytical thinking, and hands-on technical expertise to maintain a high level of user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

On site in Saltillo - Carretera a General Cepeda No. 8395, ejido El Derramadero, 25300, Saltillo, Coahuila, México

Key Responsibilities

- Perform field service activities including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware and software systems.
- - Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users.

- - Maintain detailed service logs and documentation.

- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

- - Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and service standards.

- - Train users on system functionality when required.

- -Provide Install Move Add Change (lMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
- -Where required, provide support for the Manufacturing “Shop-Floor” handhelds, laptops, and scanner devices.
- - Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery.





- - Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore).

Differential Experience Experience providing support to the automotive industry, including knowledge of automotive systems, regulatory requirements, and service environments, will be considered a strong differentiator.

Required Qualifications

- - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- - Minimum 2 years of experience in field service or technical support roles.

- - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

- - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
