3. Record and validate inventory movements in ERP systems and accounting modules.
4. Execute monthly closing processes related to inventory and cost of goods sold.
5. Prepare and record inventory provisions, reclassifications, and adjustments.
6. Monitor and analyze obsolescence, shrinkage, waste, and slow-moving inventory.
7. Prepare financial and operational reports related to inventory.
8. Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
9. Investigate and document discrepancies detected during physical counts.
10. Ensure compliance with corporate internal control policies.
11. Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation.
