Overview

Our Client is a growing e-commerce company. They are lean, fast-moving, and looking for a finance person who is built the same way.

This is the entire finance department, one person reporting directly to the CEO. You will own forecasting, financial statements, and the weekly/monthly/quarterly data that keeps every team aligned and accountable. One week you're building an influencer ROI analysis. The next you're updating the P&L; and presenting it to the leadership team. You will touch everything.

? Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting & Forecasting
- Own the full financial statements: P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow. Keeping them accurate and up to date.
- Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and financial models that support decision-making across the business.
- Identify and explain variances, not just flag them, but tell the story behind the numbers.

Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for team meetings. Tracking performance across influencer spend, TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other initiatives.
- Create individual-level metrics for teams including customer service and warehouse operations.
- Pull and consolidate data from multiple sources (Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads,



Google Ads, QuickBooks) into clean, usable analyses.
- Help the team answer the question: should we keep spending on this, pull back, or double down?

Operations & Ad Hoc
- Own ad hoc data and analysis requests from the CEO and leadership team.
- Support the build-out of a more centralized data infrastructure over time. They don't have a data warehouse yet, and thats the change.
- Take on projects beyond pure finance when the business needs it. That is expected here, not an exception.

?? Main Qualifications

- 3–6 years of finance or FP&A; experience
- Experience at an e-commerce company with revenue between $20M–$150M. You know how this business model works and what the numbers actually mean.
- Strong Excel skills: formulas, financial modeling, building worksheets from scratch. This will be tested live.
- Advance English level, written and Oral
- Comfortable owning financial statements end to end (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow)
- A builder's mindset: you are willing to get your hands dirty, take on more than what's on your , and figure things out without a playbook.
- Self-directed and hungry. You do not wait to be told what to do next.

? Nice to Have

- QuickBooks experience.
- Exposure to influencer marketing analytics or TikTok Shop reporting.
- Background in Big Four or public accounting before moving into FP&A;
- Experience working directly with a founder or CEO in a small or startup environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and ad channels: Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads.
