CONEXIG is seeking a finance professional with solid knowledge of financial planning and analysis to support our Brand Owner entity (“BrandCo”) in managing internal financial flows, intercompany allocations, budgeting and forecasting, royalty management, financial reporting, and bookkeeping coordination.

This is an ongoing, full-time independent consulting role requiring practical knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, intercompany accounting, and operational finance.

The selected professional will support recurring financial operations, monitor financial performance, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to effective financial planning and decision-making across CONEXIG.

The role involves working independently and coordinating with BrandCo’s bookkeeping/accounting team and CONEXIG entities across different territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Track entities using the CONEXIG brand and assist with monthly/quarterly royalty calculations, invoice preparation, receipt monitoring, and maintaining a consistent royalty methodology.
- Track contributions from each entity to the marketing fund, assist with reconciling BrandCo’s marketing expenses, and prepare reimbursement schedules.
- Maintain a master list of shared services and assist with allocating and charging back costs using an objective methodology, including integral memberships and other shared tools or subscriptions.
- Track payments, assist with reconciling intercompany balances, and maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.
- Assist with preparing annual budgets for BrandCo and the marketing fund,



monitor actuals versus budget, create financial dashboards and variance analyses, and support improvements in cash flow and cost control.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining financial forecasts, analyzing financial performance and key trends, and providing clear financial information to support planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate with the bookkeeping/accounting team to help ensure transactions related to royalties, reimbursements, intercompany charges, and shared services are correctly recorded.
- Review bookkeeping entries for accuracy and proper classification, support month-end closing processes when needed, and help maintain well-structured financial records.
- Support improvements in financial controls, documentation, and record-keeping workflows.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of finance, accounting, or FP&A.;
- Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish .
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of financial concepts such as intercompany transactions, shared service allocations, or royalty structures.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable supporting recurring monthly workflows.
- Prior consulting experience preferred.
