We are looking for a Gen AI Developer to join an Agile team building a production-grade conversational GenAI platform.

This is a hands-on backend and GenAI engineering role , focused on building AI-powered workflows, multi-agent systems, secure integrations, and production services.

What you'll work with:

- Python 3.12+ and FastAPI
- Google ADK for multi-agent orchestration
- OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google LLMs
- RAG, embeddings, vector search and prompt engineering
- AI agents, tool/function calling and structured outputs
- LangGraph, LangChain and/or PydanticAI
- Azure cloud services
- REST APIs and secure integrations
- JWT/OAuth and security best practices
- Automated testing with pytest
- Docker and CI/CD
- Monitoring, observability and production support

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years of software engineering experience




- Strong hands-on Python experience
- Experience building production GenAI/LLM applications
- Experience with AI agents or multi-agent workflows
- Experience with RAG and LLM integrations
- Strong API/backend development experience
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments
- Good understanding of security, testing and production operations

Nice to have:

- Google ADK experience
- Azure experience
- Healthcare, clinical systems or PHI-related experience
- Experience with conversational AI or patient-facing applications
