Role Purpose

To ensure accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and strong financial control across the organization, while supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining alignment with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis (50%)

- Prepare, submit, and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, reporting directly to the North America Finance Business Partner and the Division Controller.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.

Financial Planning & Performance Management (30%)
- Conduct quarterly variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance versus budget and forecast.
- Generate strategic financial reports to support decision-making at the corporate level.

Budgeting & Forecasting

(20%) • Develop, consolidate, and present annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.

- Support forecasting processes and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

- Promote ethical financial practices and maintain strong internal controls.

Leadership & Cooperation

Responsible for • Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams, ensuring adherence to financial policies and efficiency in collections and payment processes.

Cooperation with • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, and Maintenance teams to ensure alignment with operational and financial objectives.

- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Experience • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles

Qualifications • Essential: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Desired: Good English Level
