Build and maintain commercial and strategic relationships with clients, seeking new business opportunities and coordinating internally with the team to fulfill commitments.

Qualifications

- Job Location: Remote in Juarez , Chih
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
- Travel Percentage: Frequent
- 6 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Plastic injection molding process and quote analysis
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Project management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts in the automotive industry.
- Build strong relationships with multiple levels within client organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client: resolve issues, provide solutions, and coordinate various departments.
- Travel regularly for client visits.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, cost increases, and commercial terms.
- Identify opportunities for new business or program expansion.
- Coordinate engineering changes, production transfers, and product launches.
- Coordinate meetings among clients, suppliers, quality, engineering, production, and purchasing.
