Marketing Manager | Mexico City An international company in the healthcare sector is seeking a marketing professional to lead the execution of its initiatives in Mexico.

The role calls for someone who can translate strategy into action: coordinate campaigns, bring teams and partners together, and use results to guide the next decision. It offers substantial ownership of local projects within an international environment.

What you’ll work on

- Adapt regional and integral marketing priorities to the Mexican market.
- Manage campaigns, product initiatives, launches and marketing communications.
- Organize medical congresses, educational events and activities with healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate agencies, suppliers and internal teams across Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Finance.
- Support digital initiatives and patient-focused communications.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, monitor KPIs and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Ensure all activities meet brand standards,



company policies and local requirements.

What you bring
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- At least five years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience managing campaigns, events, agencies and several projects at once.
- Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced spoken and written English.
- Confidence working with budgets, performance data and digital marketing tools.

Experience engaging healthcare professionals or medical institutions is especially valuable. We’d like to meet someone who takes initiative, works well across teams and follows through from planning to delivery.
