Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gerente de Finanzas (Finance Manager) role based in Ciudad Juárez, CHH.

The Finance

Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for manufacturing and shelter service activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring costs, analyzing variances, supporting pricing decisions, and ensuring alignment with corporate financial policies and local regulations. The role involves coordinating audits, maintaining internal controls, and collaborating with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to support data-driven decision-making.

The Finance

Manager will also participate in strategic financial planning, support senior leadership with financial analysis, and help optimize profitability and efficiency across client accounts.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience managing cash flow and cost control in a manufacturing or services environment.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, variance analysis, and use of financial KPIs to support timely, data-driven decisions.




- Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit processes; experience ensuring compliance with local financial and tax regulations.
- Experience working with ERP or financial systems, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to interpret and present complex financial data clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, supply chain) and provide financial guidance to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is highly beneficial for interaction with foreign clients and corporate teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, shelter services, or nearshoring environments is preferred, particularly in border regions such as Ciudad Juárez.
