About the Company

Our client is a U.S.-based hospitality technology company that connects hotels and restaurants through a room-service platform. Partner restaurants fulfill the menu, and food is delivered to hotel guests as room service.

The company is growing its remote operations team and is looking for a Part-Time Guest Support & Delivery Coordinator to support guest and delivery operations.

About the Role

This is a part-time afternoon/evening position with a fixed weekend schedule

, designed for someone who wants to combine a reliable work schedule with another job, studies, freelance work, a business, or another primary commitment.

You will help ensure that orders move smoothly from restaurant to guest and that guest support requests are handled quickly, professionally, and with care.

This role is idóneo for someone who is comfortable working independently, thinking quickly when problems arise, and switching between customer support and delivery coordination as priorities change.

Key Responsibilities

- Track and manage delivery support with partner kitchens and hotels, ensuring orders move smoothly from restaurant to guest.
- Monitor, track, and respond to guest support requests.
- Resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully, turning difficult situations into positive guest experiences.
- Communicate clearly with partners and internal team members when issues need to be resolved or escalated.
- Switch fluidly between customer support and delivery support as priorities change.




- Follow established processes and contribute to improving support and delivery operations over time.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, operations, and/or administrative support .

- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Resourceful and able to find answers independently.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and changing situations.
- Strong sense of accountability.
- Genuine care for the guest experience.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and improving processes.

Schedule

Friday through Sunday

1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Pacific Time

27 hours per week

This is a fixed schedule

, and consistent availability for all three days is required.

Compensation & Contract

$900 USD per month
