Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and automate test scripts using Python.

- Lead and coordinate testing activities with the offshore team.

- Define SIL/HIL boundaries, test requirements, and priorities.

- Configure and execute HIL testing using dSPACE and Opal-RT.

- Review test cases, scripts, and test reports.

- Perform HIL bench testing and analyze results.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

- Coordinate communication between onshore and offshore teams.

Required Skills:

- 5–7+ years of HIL/SIL testing experience.

- Strong Python test automation experience.

- Hands-on dSPACE and Opal-RT experience.

- CAN / J1939 communication experience.

- Embedded systems/software testing and V&V; knowledge.

- Ability to read hardware schematics and understand I/O connections.

- Experience in automotive, off-highway, heavy machinery, or industrial controls.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
