HRBP Manager

We are looking for an HRBP Manager to lead the Human Resources function within a medium-to-large industrial operation. This position will play a key role as a strategic business partner, combining a strong operational presence with the ability to evolve toward a more strategic HR approach.

The role will be responsible for supporting the operation in labor relations, operational recruitment, employee development and performance management, talent management, training, HR metrics, and organizational change, while also ensuring the effective implementation of corporate Human Resources initiatives.

The HRBP Manager will work closely with Operations, SCM, Finance, Quality, and Continuous Improvement. Therefore, we are looking for a hands-on professional who is approachable, connected to employees and the operation, and capable of building strong relationships, fostering collaboration, and reaching agreements.

Required Profile: Senior-level experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing environment, with solid experience in labor relations and operational recruitment, strong analytical skills,



and proficiency in Excel. Conversational English is required.

The idóneo candidate should also be familiar with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Access is a plus. Exposure to World Class Manufacturing methodologies, as well as performance management, talent management, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, and organizational culture processes, is highly desirable.

Strong leadership, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills are essential, along with the interest and potential to develop a broader strategic perspective in Human Resources.

Work Arrangement: On-site, with occasional travel availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
