- Manage Lay out, Update changes, optimization proposals, control and manage lay out revisions
- Perform time analysis on all processes.
- Production and flow optimization.
- Time study analysis on workstations.
- Line balancing as well as production optimization.
- Lead lay out process flow improvements.
- Update product route times in AX.
- Champion for 6S’s methodology follow up.
- Drive and mentoring for Kaizen and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Colaboation with quotations group, provide estimated standard times for RFQ.
- Manage and execute projects initiative such as expansion, building and refurbishing facilities.
- Always strictly complied with Company’s management systems and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or any other Engineering degree that allows performing the position
- Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in electronic industries desirable.
- Strong knowledge in Excell and Microsoft office tools.
