The Industrialization Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes to efficiently produce high-quality products. This role involves coordinating between design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to mass production while meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Experience in manufacturing process development and industrialization.

Knowledge of CAD/CAM software

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficient in ERP systems and manufacturing software.
