Role Description Lead and oversee the local IT function, ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of infrastructure, telecommunications, business applications, and end-user support services. Responsible for managing IT operations, supervising technical personnel, maintaining technology assets, supporting audits and compliance requirements,



and delivering technology solutions that support terminal operations and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading IT infrastructure, network, voice, and data operations.
- Managing hardware, software, telecommunications, and handheld devices.
- Supervising technical support and incident resolution activities.
- Overseeing IT asset lifecycle, inventory control, and procurement processes.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AEO/OEA, and corporate security requirements.
- Supporting cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity initiatives.
- Coordinating vendors and technology projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Providing leadership and guidance to field support personnel.
