Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Advance English skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry (Injection molding/plastics preferred)
- Experience in the automotive, in Quality is a plus
- Knowledge in specification review and DV/PV Plan development
- Experience in boundary diagrams, FMEA development, control plans, process flow
- Working knowledge of APQP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word).
- Experience with Asana is beneficial
- Strong understanding of GD&T;
- Attention to detail, verbal, and written communication skills
- Aptitude to multi-task while maintaining high levels of accuracy
- An inner drive to understand, communicate, and exceed established goals.
- Proven ability to work on a team while generating respect and trust from staff as well as external customers

Responsibilities

- Facilitate, monitor, and police the APQP & Change Control processes.
- Lead APQP/Change Control meetings with responsible parties.




- Report out to the management team any risks to program timing, budgets or quality.
- Partner with our supplier development team on the RFQ process and selection of vendors.
- Interface with a cross-functional group that includes ITW sales, quality, and engineering as well as vendors and customer base.
- Lead technical specification reviews
- Continuously improving the APQP process through enhancement of processes and procedures.
- Complete APQP responsible tasks, such as spec review, creation of documents, review of test data, drawing signoff, IMDS, etc..
- Support customer visits to ITW sites.
- Support ITW Quality/Warranty review processes.
- Support Lessons Learned process and update program documents and/or templates as needed.
