Process Engineer SR.

Education

- Engineering in Mechanics, Mechatronics or similar
- English 80% (written, read and talked)

Experience:
- 5+ years in similar positions
- Experiences in all or some of the following industries: Metalmechanics, Machining, electromechanical integration, automotive and aerospace

Knowledge:
- Blueprint and specifications interpretation
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly methods (riveting, insertion and screwing)
- Mechanics of materials
- Lean tooling, times and movements and time cycle calculus
- Design of fixtures and gages
- Understanding or supermarket concepts, Kanban and Kite processes.
- 5's, 6 Sigma, IPC, ISO

Skills:
- Ability for analysis and problem solution
- Teamwork
- Oral and written communication proper for all levels
- Capable of implementing metrics and making decisions based on them
- Ability to communicate with clients
- Capable of guiding multifunctional teams ad a leader and a proactive member
