1. Install and maintain test equipment.
2. Handle ICT (In-Circuit Test) and FCT (Functional Circuit Test) programming and testing anomalies on the production line, and analyze downtime reports.
3. Perform acceptance and maintenance of test fixtures, and develop and implement test optimization plans.
4. Coordinate with product engineers and quality engineers on new project introduction.
5. Train technicians and arrange their daily work.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
