We are Hiring: Automation & Robotics Engineer (US Relocation / TN Visa)

Are you an expert in industrial automation looking to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a highly skilled Robotics & Controls Engineer with expertise in PLCs, Industrial Robots, and Machine Vision systems to join our team in the United States!

As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end programming, integration, and commissioning of advanced manufacturing systems. Your day-to-day will involve:

- Developing, writing, and troubleshooting PLC logic from scratch.
- Programming and optimizing 6-axis industrial robots for complex manufacturing tasks.
- Integrating machine vision cameras for quality inspection, part tracking, and robot guidance.
- Conducting on-site commissioning, testing, and debugging of automated cells.
- Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust automation solutions.

Detailed Profile & Requirements To qualify for this role—and to meet the requirements for the TN Work Visa—you must have the following:
- Education:



Bachelor’s Degree (Título and Cédula Profesional required) in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- PLC Programming: Strong proven experience programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron).
- Robotics: Hands-on experience programming industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa).
- Vision Systems: Proficiency in programming machine vision cameras (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Language: Advanced English proficiency (Fluent both written and spoken is mandatory for US integration).
- Availability: Willingness to relocate to the United States and travel as needed.
- Eligibility: Must hold a valid Mexican or Canadian passport to qualify for the NAFTA/TN Visa.
