Medical Health Institute is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Patient Acquisition team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, connecting with inbound leads by phone and text, answering questions about our programs, and guiding them through scheduling and enrollment.
We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote sales environment. Success in this position requires consistent follow-up, accurate documentation, and a patient-first approach to every conversation.
