Role Summary

Lead automation and process transformation initiatives across the Surface Americas RevEx ecosystem by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, increase throughput, and shorten cycle times. Responsible for deploying workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and process optimization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify automation opportunities across revenue correction, ticket management, reconciliation, validation, and reporting processes.

- Design and implement workflow automation solutions integrated with ServiceNow and Microsoft platforms.

- Build AI-driven use cases for case triaging, exception handling, recommendations, and knowledge management.

- Develop automated dashboards, alerts, and monitoring mechanisms to improve operational efficiency.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation governance.

- Measure automation benefits through effort savings, cycle-time reduction, accuracy improvement,



and throughput gains.

Required Skills

- Process automation and business transformation experience.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

- Workflow automation and integration development.

- Experience with AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, and Copilot-based automation solutions.

- API integration, data orchestration, and low-code/no-code platforms.

- Process mining, Lean/Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflow automation.
