Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: On Site.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Juarez.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- ​​Support inventory control and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Develop and maintain inventory dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
- Support cycle count programs and annual physical inventories.
- Collect, validate and analyze warehouse operational data.
- Create reports, dashboards and performance metrics using Excel/Power BI.




- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on inventory management.
- Assist in SAP inventory transactions monitoring and reconciliation.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
- Basic knowledge of Data Analysis and reporting.
- Basic understanding of HSE standards and workplace safety.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Power BI, Power Apps knowledge is a plus.
- Interest in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Operations.

- Basic knowledge of MRP, SAP, and Oracle systems.
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain, inventory, and material planning.
- Students pursuing a degree in International Relations, Business, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field, with approximately one year remaining before graduation.
