We are looking for a highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Inventory & Replenishment Manager to manage a large volume of customer inventory across warehouses throughout the United States.

The easiest way to understand this position is through an example: A customer orders 100,000 units of a product. Instead of receiving all 100,000 at once, the product is stored in one of our warehouses.

The customer may ask us to release and ship 10,000 units every week. Your job is to manage that inventory from beginning to end and make sure we always know exactly what we have, what is going out, what is coming in, and when we need to order more.

What You Will Actually Do

1. Track what each customer ordered. You will maintain a sheet showing the customer's total order and release schedule. For example: 100,000 units ordered -> 10,000 units released every week.
2. Track exactly how much inventory is left. You will maintain a second sheet showing how much product is currently sitting in the warehouse. If there are 30,000 units remaining and 10,000 are released, the new inventory balance must immediately be updated to 20,000 units.
3. Create the release ticket for logistics. When the customer or salesperson tells us to release 10,000 units, you will create a ticket for the logistics team telling them what product needs to be picked up, how much, from which warehouse, and where it needs to be delivered. Once that ticket is created, you update the inventory sheet so our numbers remain accurate.
4. Know when more inventory needs to be ordered. You need to constantly look ahead. If the customer uses 10,000 units every week and only 20,000 remain, that means we have approximately two weeks of inventory left.



You then need to know how long replacement inventory takes to arrive. If new inventory takes four weeks to arrive, it needs to be ordered before we reach the point where only two weeks remain. Your responsibility is to catch this early so the customer never runs out of product.
5. Know the lead time for every product and warehouse. You will maintain a third sheet showing how long different products take to arrive and the timelines and requirements for each warehouse. Because we operate warehouses throughout the United States, different warehouses may have different receiving schedules, delivery times, and procedures.
6. Keep all three tracking sheets accurate. Sheet 1 - Customer Orders & Release Schedule: What the customer ordered and how much needs to be released each week or month.

Sheet 2 - Current Inventory & Replenishment: What is currently in stock, what has been released, what remains, and when more needs to be ordered. |

Sheet 3 - Product & Warehouse Lead Times: How long each product takes to arrive and the timeline for getting it to each warehouse.

Who We Are Looking For: Experience managing inventory, warehouses, fulfillment, supply chain, or another large and detailed operation is valuable.

Previous 3PL experience is a major plus.

Most importantly, we need someone who is extremely responsible, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong with Excel/Google Sheets.

This is a large inventory operation with many customers, products, warehouses, releases, and timelines.

The person in this position must be able to take ownership of it, keep every number accurate, stay ahead of replenishment, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Pay: $102.00 - $136.00 per hour
