Location: San Pedro, N.L., Mexico (On-site)

Salary: $35,000 MXN/month (approx. $2,065 USD) — gross monthly salary, no bonuses or commissions included

We need an IT Administrator on-site from day one to set up and maintain the internal systems, network, and equipment that our whole Monterrey team depends on.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer internal systems, network, and user accounts from day one of operations
- Set up equipment and IT infrastructure for new hires as the team grows
- Provide day-to-day IT support to staff
- Manage hardware and software inventory
- Support basic security practices

Requirements:





- 2+ years of experience as an IT/Systems Administrator
- Knowledge of Windows and network administration
- Comfortable setting up infrastructure from scratch
- Available to work on-site in Monterrey
- Bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

Nice to Have:

- Previous experience in the iGaming or online entertainment industry is a plus, though not required
