- Supports day-to-day operational needs through understanding issue and identifying the appropriate IT counterpart to solve issue. Main Skills - Stakeholder management

- IT knowledge – SAP Specific to OTC or FICO Nice To Have: Strong experience with business partnering and managing difficult conversations (e.g. business wants x, but IT unable to support all demands right away)
