IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Provide onsite IT and Operational Technology (OT) support for manufacturing operations, ensuring reliable performance of computer systems, shop floor technology, network-connected devices, and end-user equipment. The role serves as the first point of contact for technical support while collaborating with corporate IT teams, vendors, and plant personnel to maintain efficient and secure operations.

RESPONSABILITIES

- Provide first-level technical support to end users, both onsite and remotely.

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.

- Support Windows-based systems, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, scanners, and shop floor devices.

- Assist with employee onboarding, workstation setup, and user access management.

- Collaborate with third-party vendors for infrastructure, printer, and building systems support.

- Manage IT assets, equipment inventory, and technology-related supplies.

- Support manufacturing technologies including SAP, barcode scanners, label printers, and production equipment.

- Deliver user training and promote technology best practices across the organization

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field





- +4 years of IT support experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

- Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, printers, and Wi-Fi networks

- Knowledge of SAP ERP, shop floor applications, barcode scanners, and label printers.

- Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, and ServiceNow is preferred.

- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills

Sueldo: $28,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
