IT Technical Lead (.NET)

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Lead (.NET) to provide technical leadership for a team of software engineers while designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications on Microsoft technologies. This role combines hands-on development, solution design, architecture governance, mentoring, and ownership of engineering standards across the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years leading development teams of 5+ engineers.
- Expert-level experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, Dependency Injection, and asynchronous programming .
- Strong experience designing microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, messaging solutions, and event-driven architectures .
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure , including services such as AKS, Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Entra ID, Redis, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor.
- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps , CI/CD pipelines, release management, and YAML-based automation.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm .
- Advanced SQL Server and Azure SQL experience, including T-SQL, performance tuning, indexing, query optimization, stored procedures, deadlock analysis, and database deployments.
- Experience with testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit), automated testing, code quality tools, and DevOps best practices.




- Solid understanding of application security, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, OWASP, Key Vault, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep .
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, DDD, scalable systems, and Agile methodologies.
- English level B2+.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET engineers, providing technical direction and ensuring engineering best practices.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop, review, troubleshoot, and optimize applications built on the Microsoft technology stack.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, release processes, testing strategies, and technical governance.
- Drive architecture decisions, code quality standards, observability, security, and performance initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions and delivery plans.
- Lead root cause analysis, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support technical evaluations, proof of concepts, estimations, and engineering standards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Angular or React.
- Experience with Cosmos DB and Redis.
- Telecommunications or large enterprise experience.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience contributing to technical communities, architecture boards, or technology governance initiatives.
