Role Description:

As a Jr. Process Engineer you will design, optimize and manage production processes, ensuring the necessary conditions and parameters are in place for operations to be executed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

- Engineering degree
- Intermediate level of English (can hold conversations)
- Knowledge of IATF, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Knowledge of risk analysis, environmental impact assessment, and hazard and risk identification.
- Forklift operation (preferred).
- Knowledge of 5S methodology and problem-solving techniques (8D).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and diagram interpretation.
- 3 years of experience in the industry.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke, and Core Tools.
- Basic knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Mechanics, and Electricity.

Main activities:

- Management of spare parts and process improvements.




- Provide support to the Production Department in product inspection according to customer specifications and initiate actions for any deviations identified.
- Design parts using AutoCAD.
- Optimize and manage production processes.
- Develop, control, and maintain up-to-date process parameter sheets, as well as all necessary documentation for the department.
- Generate the procedures and forms required for the proper operation of the department.
- Participate in Safety Committee activities and follow up on actions arising from safety inspections and audits.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations, adhering to applicable procedures and work instructions.
- Follow the standards of conduct established in the Internal Work Regulations, Code of Ethics, and Social Responsibility Policy.
- Comply with Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management System processes.
- Participate in evacuation drills, emergency response exercises, scheduled training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the availability of critical machined spare parts for production processes (bearings, rollers, blocks, and, in general, any component that comes into contact with the wire).
- Analyze requirements for the introduction of new products.
