We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team and support daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of accounting transactions.
The position will participate in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, tax-related activities, banking operations, and month-end closing processes.
? Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records according to company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and post daily journal entries.
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Record and monitor fixed assets and depreciation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with tax calculations and tax documentation.
- Process accounting transactions through the company's ERP system.
- Manage daily banking activities through online banking platforms.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare accounting schedules and financial reports.
- Maintain organized documentation for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Perform other accounting and administrative activities assigned by the Finance Manager.
? Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting / Accounting.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Experience with AR, AP, fixed assets, depreciation, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Experience using online banking platforms.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Basic to intermediate English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
