Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
- Comfort working in an international environment, with cultural awareness and willingness to collaborate across integral teams.
- Availability to travel within Mexico and occasionally internationally for client visits, conferences, and internal meetings.
