What You Will Do as a Lead Supervisor – Manufacturing

This position has been created to strengthen the Manufacturing organization. The primary responsibilities of the Lead Supervisor – Manufacturing are to coordinate production programs and requirements, ensuring that unit personnel follow established guidelines, procedures, policies, and regulations.

The position will manage and support supervisors to ensure production efficiency, quality, and achievement of cost objectives. The Lead Supervisor will also establish control standards and procedures and maintain communication with Corporate Sales and Planning teams.

How Will You Make a Difference?

- Lead and oversee the shift supervisor team to achieve maximum production, quality, and the best possible cost performance.
- Support the selection, training, and placement of qualified employees to maintain an adequate candidate pipeline and meet hiring standards.
- Represent plant personnel in safety-related matters and programs, keeping management informed of safety conditions and housekeeping requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all company-established personnel policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with and consistency of quality standards to ensure right-first-time production.
- Verify completion of required preventive maintenance on machines and conveyors,



reporting damage and losses resulting from negligence or non-compliance.
- Train new unit personnel as needed.
- Maintain communication and basic alignment with the Planning team.
- Perform these and other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to change.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel; a valid passport and U.S. visa are required.
