About the Role

On behalf of our client, a dynamic sports betting company, we are looking for a Live Stream Operations Manager to lead the football vertical live streaming business.

This is not a live stream moderator, sports editor, data analyst, or general social media role. We need someone who has genuinely done live streaming operations, streamer/KOL IP incubation, and traffic growth — ideally with hands-on experience in football or sports verticals.

The adecuado candidate will run the entire football live streaming operation from 0 to 1, including streamer incubation, live operations, content planning, traffic growth, data optimization, and team coordination.

We're looking for someone who truly understands football content and fan users, has experience in football IP, sports short videos, or live streaming operations, and can continuously improve streamer and livestream performance by leveraging TikTok's platform.

Job Responsibilities

1. Streamer IP Incubation

- Responsible for incubating streamers from 0 to 1 — including positioning, development, and optimization
- Build growth and content optimization plans based on each streamer's characteristics, covering live performance, content direction, personal IP, and long-term growth
- Continuously improve streamer live streaming and content performance

2. Live Streaming Operations

- Responsible for daily live streaming operations and management of football streamers, including live scheduling, content preparation, live monitoring, and post-live reviews
- Manage live scheduling, content planning, stream monitoring, data tracking, live reviews, and ongoing improvement

3. Content Operations

- Understand TikTok short-form video and live content
- Plan live streaming and short video content based on football schedules, trending matches (Liga MX, Champions League, etc.), and fan interests
- Coordinate copywriters, photography/editing teams,



and streamers to drive execution

4. Traffic Growth

- This is a key priority. You should have a strong traffic mindset
- Acquire and grow precise traffic in the football vertical by leveraging short videos, live streaming, organic traffic, and other traffic methods
- Continuously expand the target user scale of streamers and livestream rooms

5. Data Analysis

- Track live streaming, content, and user behavior data, including impressions, room entries, retention, interaction, follows, and follower growth
- Use data to identify problems, adjust operational strategies, and continuously optimize content direction, traffic strategy, and operational plans

Requirements

- Genuine experience in football IP incubation, sports short videos, football live streaming, or related vertical operations
- Passionate about football, familiar with Liga MX, Mexican football culture, and major teams, while also knowledgeable about mainstream competitions such as the Champions League, La Liga, Premier League, and World Cup
- Familiar with the content gameplay, traffic mechanisms, and user characteristics of TikTok and other short video and live streaming platforms
- Strong content planning ability and internet savvy, able to quickly plan content based on football matches and trending topics
- Possess traffic growth awareness and data analysis skills, able to identify problems through data and continuously optimize
- Strong project execution, communication coordination, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Experience in TikTok Mexico sports/football vertical operations or work experience at MCN agencies, sports media, football self-media, or short video institutions
- Fluent in Spanish
