Manage critical domestic and international shipment data and documentation to support the Logistics and Supply Chain team and help them achieve optimum effectiveness. Execute timely preparation of all required documentation for general transportation functions.
- Ensure that shipping processes comply with company and industry quality assurance standards.
- Conduct ongoing analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, process streamlining, and carrier KPI improvement.
- Perform analytical and administrative tasks in support of Logistics operations.
- Analyze customer shipping data to drive improvement and obtain optimum effectiveness. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related area, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Intermediate to Advanced English. Computer skills are required, including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency working with large amounts of data.
