POSITION SUMMARY

Manage critical domestic and international shipment data and documentation to support the Logistics and Supply Chain team and help them achieve optimum effectiveness.

What will you do?

- Execute timely preparation of all required documentation for general transportation functions.
- Ensure that shipping processes comply with company and industry quality assurance standards.
- Issue statistical or detailed reports for the team and upper management as requested.
- Process and correct miscellaneous accounting issues.
- Conduct ongoing analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, process streamlining, and carrier KPI improvement.
- Perform analytical and administrative tasks in support of Logistics operations.
- Analyze customer shipping data to drive improvement and obtain optimum effectiveness.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related area, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Intermediate to Advanced English.

- Computer skills are required, including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency working with large amounts of data.
- Ability to work under pressure and be results-driven.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team player skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
