We're looking for a Logistics Manager who thrives on bringing order to material flow, solving problems with data, and acting as the connective tissue between Sales, Production, and our customers.
What you'll own
Scheduling coordination: ensure the production schedule is issued on time and adjusted as shop-floor conditions change
Shipping, Receiving, and the billet yard: keep inbound and outbound material flow running smoothly
Serve as the main point of contact for Sales on customer schedule questions
Lead your team: hiring, development, performance, and discipline within the Logistics Department
What we're looking for
Experience leading logistics or planning teams in a manufacturing environment (automotive or metals a plus)
Strong command of production scheduling systems (ERP/MRP) and data-driven decision making
Ability to coordinate across multiple functions under time pressure,
without losing accuracy A continuous-improvement mindset: someone who doesn't just run the system, but questions and improves it
Nice to have: experience with import/export compliance and SAP implementation projects.
Basic requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years of experience in logistics, planning, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing plant, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Fluent English (written and spoken); this role interfaces directly with general Sales and corporate stakeholders
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel/Power BI for reporting and analysis
