You own the load. You quote it, you cover it, you dispatch it, you track it, you fix it when it breaks, and you close it. Domestic Mexico and cross-border MX-US, for our Mexico customers and our US customers both.

Nights and weekends are when freight gets decided. A missed appointment at 2am becomes a stopped production line at 8am. A truck that breaks down Saturday either gets covered in twenty minutes or it costs a customer their Monday. On your shift you are the senior person awake on this side of the business. You make the call, and you hand off clean.

We are building this team to carry the booking. If you want to be told which loads to work, this is the wrong job. If you want a desk where what you book is what you get paid on, keep reading.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own your loads end to end — quote, cover, dispatch, track, resolve, close
- Source carriers and secure capacity; negotiate rates with margin discipline
- Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments directly with shippers and consignees
- Run cross-border moves — handoffs, documentation, broker and customs coordination
- Get ahead of the customer with updates through the life of the load
- Handle breakdowns, delays and exceptions in the moment; escalate on defined milestones
- Keep tracking data complete — real dates and times, not blank fields
- Close out with documentation complete and billing-ready
- Hand off in writing to the incoming shift, every shift

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Your monthly earnings land at MX$55,000 or above. That is the standard, not the ceiling.
- Loads you own do not need rescuing by someone else
- The customer hears about a problem from you, before they ask
- Service on your shift matches weekday service — no visible seam
- Margin is protected on the loads you quote
- The next shift starts informed, with nothing undocumented

WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years in logistics owning loads end to end — quoting, coverage, dispatch, tracking
- Rate negotiation experience with attention to margin
- Domestic Mexico and cross-border MX-US operations experience
- Fluent Spanish and fluent English, spoken and written — you will work directly with US customers
- Sound judgment without direct supervision; nights and weekends run lean
- Able to work 12-hour shifts, in-office in Monterrey (Mitras area)

A BIG PLUS
- Expedited / time-critical freight experience
- Previous night or weekend shift experience
- Experience supporting a major US logistics provider or brokerage account
- TMS and customer portal experience

THE SHIFTS Three seats, three schedules. 12-hour shifts, 4 days on and 3 days off. Tell us which one you want when you apply:

night shift THE PAY

Base: MX$45,000 MXN net per month (libre de impuestos). Guaranteed, before any bonus.

Bonus: paid on the margin your team produces. The MX$45,000 to MX$55,000 range on this posting is what a performing analyst earns once bonus is included, and the bonus is not capped — if your team produces, you earn past MX$55,000.

MX$45,000 is the floor. MX$55,000 is the expectation. The ceiling is up to you.

Also included: night shift premium and Sunday premium (prima dominical) per Mexican federal labor law; full benefits through Transportes ShipCES — IMSS, INFONAVIT, aguinaldo (15 days), vacations and prima vacacional; life and medical insurance.

Tú eres dueño(a) de la carga. Tú la cotizas, la cubres, la despachas, le das seguimiento, la arreglas cuando se cae y la cierras. Transporte doméstico en México y cruce fronterizo MX-US, para clientes mexicanos y estadounidenses.

Las noches y los fines de semana son cuando la carga se decide. Una cita perdida a las 2am se convierte en una línea de producción parada a las 8am. Un camión que falla el sábado se cubre en veinte minutos o le cuesta al cliente su lunes. En tu turno eres la persona con mayor criterio despierta de este lado del negocio. Tú decides, y entregas limpio.

LO QUE VAS A HACER

- Ser dueño(a) de tus cargas de principio a fin — cotizar, cubrir, despachar, seguir, resolver, cerrar
- Buscar transportistas y asegurar capacidad; negociar tarifas con disciplina de margen
- Coordinar citas de recolección y entrega directamente con embarcadores y consignatarios
- Manejar cruce fronterizo — handoffs, documentación, broker y aduana
- Adelantarte al cliente con actualizaciones durante toda la vida de la carga
- Resolver fallas, retrasos e incidencias en el momento; escalar en hitos definidos
- Mantener los datos de seguimiento completos — fechas y horas reales, no campos vacíos
- Cerrar con documentación completa y lista para facturar

CÓMO SE MIDE EL ÉXITO
- Tus ingresos mensuales llegan a MX$55,000 o más. Ese es el estándar, no el techo.
- Las cargas que manejas no necesitan que alguien más las rescate
- El cliente se entera del problema por ti, antes de preguntar
- El servicio en tu turno iguala al de entre semana — sin costura visible
- El margen se protege en las cargas que cotizas
- El siguiente turno inicia informado, sin nada sin documentar

LO QUE NECESITAS
- 3+ años en logística manejando cargas de principio a fin — cotización, cobertura, despacho, seguimiento
- Experiencia en negociación de tarifas con atención al margen
- Experiencia en operación doméstica en México y cruce fronterizo MX-US
- Español e inglés fluidos, hablado y escrito — trabajarás directamente con clientes en Estados Unidos
- Criterio sólido sin supervisión directa; noches y fines de semana se operan con equipo reducido
- Disponibilidad para turnos de 12 horas, presencial en Monterrey (zona Mitras)

GRAN VENTAJA
- Experiencia en carga expeditada / time-critical
- Experiencia previa en turno nocturno o de fin de semana
- Experiencia atendiendo a un proveedor logístico o brokerage grande de Estados Unidos
- Experiencia con TMS y portales de clientes

LOS TURNOS Tres vacantes, tres horarios. Turnos de 12 horas, 4 días de trabajo y 3 de descanso. Indícanos cuál quieres al postularte:

Base: MX$45,000 MXN netos mensuales (libres de impuestos). Garantizado, antes de cualquier bono.

Bono: se paga sobre el margen que produce tu equipo. El rango de MX$45,000 a MX$55,000 de esta vacante es lo que gana un analista con buen desempeño una vez incluido el bono, y el bono no tiene tope — si tu equipo produce, ganas por encima de MX$55,000.

MX$45,000 es el piso. MX$55,000 es la expectativa. El techo depende de ti.
