MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

ACADEMIC AND LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

- Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Mechatronic Engineering (Degree mandatory).

- English:

Advanced Level (fluent oral and written communication, mandatory for reports and general meetings).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum:

5 years of proven experience in maintenance within the automotive industry.

SPECIFIC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

Quality Systems and Regulations:

- Proficiency in IATF 16949 / AIAG Core Tools.

- Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015.

- Knowledge and compliance with applicable Legal and Regulatory Requirements.

- Knowledge of CQI-15 (Welding) and CQI-29 (Brazing) standards.

Manufacturing Processes and Automation:

- Metal-Mechanics Manufacturing Processes and Industrial Automation.

- Welding Processes: MIG/MAG, TIG, Laser, RSW, Brazing.

- Operation and maintenance of Tube Benders and Rollers.

- Systems integration, PLC programming, Robotics (specifically Fanuc),



and industrial communication protocols.

Digital Tools:

- Proficiency in technical and administrative software: Project, Visio, DPOS, AI, and advanced Excel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND MANAGEMENT:

- TPM Methodology:

Effective implementation and tracking of Total Productive Maintenance methodology.

- KPI Management:

Preparation and analysis of critical reports such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

- Problem Solving:

Strict completion and tracking of A3, 8D methodologies (in a timely manner), and PDCA cycles for continuous improvement of indicators.

- Audits:

Directly responsible for conducting LPA (Layered Process Audits) and all audits required by the Quality Control department.
