About the Company

We're recruiting on behalf of a residential home services company in Washington State providing electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning services to homeowners. Their technicians do great work in the field every day, and they're looking for someone to turn that work into content that builds trust and brings in new customers.

About the Role

As Marketing & Social Media Associate, you'll own the day-to-day of the company's social media presence. You'll take raw job-site footage from technicians and turn it into short, engaging vertical videos, write posts that speak naturally to US homeowners, and make sure every comment and message gets a fast, professional reply. You'll work closely with the company's marketing team to plan and execute the social calendar.

What You'll Do

- Run and maintain the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Edit raw phone footage from job sites into short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong hooks, captions and music
- Write clear, natural post copy in English for a US homeowner audience, with a clear call to action to book service
- Respond to comments and direct messages quickly and professionally, moving interested customers toward a call or booking




- Collaborate with the marketing team on the social media plan and content calendar
- Keep content consistent, on-brand and published on schedule

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

- 1+ year managing social media for a business or brand (not only personal accounts)
- A portfolio link showing accounts you've managed and videos you've edited
- Hands-on video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, including cutting short-form vertical video with captions, hooks and music
- Excellent written English: you write clean, natural copy for a US audience and respond to customers in writing with confidence
- Availability to work Monday to Friday during US Pacific business hours

Nice to Have

- Experience creating content for home services, construction, trades or local service businesses
- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva or similar tools alongside Premiere Pro / Final Cut
- Understanding of platform trends and what drives engagement on Reels, TikTok and Shorts
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics

What We Offer

- MX$25,000 per month
