Medical Manager | Mexico

We are seeking a Medical Manager who is passionate about scientific exchange, building trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, and supporting the successful launch and lifecycle management of innovative therapies.

As a Medical Manager, you will play a key role in executing the medical strategy, generating valuable field insights, and serving as the scientific partner for external stakeholders while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams at both the local and regional levels.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in Medical Affairs, ideally as a Medical Manager, or Sr. MSL, within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Medical Doctor (MD) – mandatory.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining strategic scientific relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
- Experience developing and executing Medical Affairs strategies and plans aligned with business and patient needs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and other key stakeholders.




- Experience supporting product launches and medical launch readiness is highly valued.
- Experience with evidence generation, clinical research, RWE, or investigator-initiated studies is a plus.
- Exposure to specialty therapeutic areas such as Cardiovascular, Neuroscience, Metabolic, or other innovative therapies is a plus.
- Excellent scientific communication, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership skills.
- Advanced English.
- Willingness to travel across Mexico.
