Overall Position Description The Client Risk Manager (CRM) consistently demonstrates a positive and hardworking attitude, a continuous commitment to personal, organizational and process improvement and to build strong partnerships, one employee and one customer at a time, and by working in accordance with ELs COACHTeam core values.
The CRM plays a critical role in the overall success and health of our factoring portfolio. The CRM oversees the Senior Collateral Analyst Supervisor, Audit and Training Specialist, Credit Analyst and the processes that they fulfill in the A/R Financing Cycle to ensure processes are completed, in accordance to company policy, and on-time to meet various funding deadlines, reduce bad debt, and drive efficiencies. The CRM will collaborate with operations, customers service, sales, and various internal departments.
The manager will also work to foster relationships with Account Debtors and Clients. In addition, our idóneo candidate will also be detail oriented, results driven and possess a positive hard-working attitude.
Essential Functions and Results Expectations
- Drive improvements in efficiencies, effectiveness,
and structure, Enable team members to grow and reach their potential through mentoring, specialized training, and goals.
- Evaluate credit procedures: develop and recommend new/revised methods for process and automation improvements and implement solutions.
- Lead the team in establishing credit lines for clients and their account debtors.
- Make, recommend, and present credit decisions to the Senior Director of Operations and Executive VP.
- Assess and recommend risk rating for establishing credit lines.
- Support and help to enforce policy, standards, metrics, for the A/R Financing Cycle.
- Build relationships with leadership team, direct reports, debtors, and Clients
- Analyze debtor and client risk and implement processes to mitigate fraud and bad debt.
- Develop a cadence of review, reporting, and communicating results of risk areas within ECS Factoring Portfolio.
Essential Duties and Functions
- Implement effective credit policies and delivery of processes that meet both Client needs and the organization’s credit administration and operational goals.
- Develop and manage metrics to control points to flag areas of concern and report on progress.
- Manage the relationship with various vendors.
- Ensure the timely completion and approval of new Client Applications
- Identify opportunities to improve automation and efficiency through policy, procedure, process, and systems.
- Actively engage in scheduling, planning, and facilitating an effective one-on-one with my leader on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
- Conduct one on one meetings with direct reports on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
- Proactively utilize Call Copy a performance review tool to seek and engage feedback from my leader.
- Produce and present weekly, monthly, and detailed reporting for Senior Director of Operations, VP of Factoring,
in order to effectively manage debtor and client risk.
- Across all areas of responsibilities, develop and implement internal controls and operating procedures to create an environment that ensures, accurate credit lines are established.
- Ensure the team meets daily deadlines timely and accurately.
- Establishes and implements productivity goals and analyzes results.
- Conduct transactional audits to ensure policy Compliance and coach team accordingly
- Develop and implement performance metrics and standards. Coach team members performance.
- Hire, train and evaluate the team members within the credit department to ensure a sufficient number of team members are available to handle and manage workload.

Requirements
- Ability to quickly learn software systems
- Ability to switch between risk focus and people focus depending on business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
- Ability to manage multiple operating systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy goal oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team with peers and leadership within the organization
- Passport/Visa or the ability to obtain one
- Managed a team of leaders
- 5+ years’ experience in operations, collections, credit, or billing management
- University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or similar field
