- Supervise and coordinate the molding department's operating personnel.
- Ensure compliance with the daily production plan.
- Verify machine start-ups, mold changes, and process adjustments.
- Monitor and control process parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate the identification and resolution of technical issues and production deviations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards and procedures.
- Train and develop subordinate personnel on technical and operational aspects related to the molding process.
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of the plant's general operations, including Plating/Metallizing, Assembly, and Decorating, and understand their interaction with the molding department.
- Ensure the proper and efficient use of materials, tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Participate in internal audits and support compliance with quality management systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in injection and/or blow molding processes.
- Knowledge of plastic transformation processes.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing environments involving Metallizing/Plating, Assembly, and Decorating process.
- Experience troubleshooting process issues and addressing production deviations.
