Objective:

Drive the development & performance of the Mercedes-Benz agent network by enhancing customer experience, strengthening relationships with agent management teams, and supporting business growth through consulting, data analysis, and strategic governance. Ensure alignment between network operations, customer satisfaction, and brand standards.

Day to day (main tasks):

Project Management for Agent Scorecard and MB Mex Agent Awards Program

- Drive the program by definition and calculation of respective KPIs
- Align with all internal relevant BUs
- Be main point of contact for the agents
- Update and communicate changes necessary to drive the agent performance

Customer Experience

- Oversee the 5-Star Rater MBMex & GDLatam CSI Systems for Sales & CS.
- Analyze KPIs and insights identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate corrective actions with agents and across the internal organization to ensure continuous improvement of Customer Experience.
- Drive the Agent action plans across the network.
- Work very closely with all BUs for a comprehensive concept to constantly drive highest customer experience.





Market Studies & General ND topics

- Conduct analyses and geographic studies to identify network expansion opportunities.
- Support the definition of new agent locations.
- Strengthen long-term relationships with agent management teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and trust in business development initiatives.

Systems & Agent Contract Management

- Manage internal systems for Network Management, SWT & Paragon (SAP), GSSN, Directory, DTS & GNC.

Top Management Presentations & Communication

- Design and produce engaging PowerPoint presentations and communications for both internal and external audiences.

Profile:

- Education: Business Management, Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent field)
- Previous experience: Minimum 2 – 4 years in automotive network development, customer experience, or dealer performance management. Proven experience in project coordination, market analysis, and process improvement within automotive brands (preferably within luxury or premium brands).

- Languages: English Advanced

- Additional Qualifications:

-Data Analytics & Reporting: Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency for KPI tracking, segmentation and strategic insight generation. -Project & Process Management: Experience leading consulting programs, cross-functional projects, and PMO structures to ensure consistent follow-up and delivery.
