We are looking for a New Business Executive to join the commercial team at Assist Card in Mexico City.
We are seeking a professional with a strong track record in the insurance sector who can take responsibility for developing and prospecting new business across the corporate, insurance, and strategic partner (B2B) segments, strengthening the company’s presence in the Mexican market.
Having an existing client portfolio in the insurance and/or corporate segments, as well as experience negotiating B2B agreements, will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business across the corporate, insurance (insurance companies, brokers, agencies, and agents), and strategic B2B partner segments
- Negotiate and close corporate agreements and partnerships within the insurance segment
- Follow up on proposals and prospects throughout the entire sales process
- Visit current and potential clients within the business lines managed by the team
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across the tourism, insurance, and business partner segments
- Represent Assist Card at industry events and conferences
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, either at an insurance company or international broker
- An established client database/portfolio in the insurance and corporate segments
- Experience in account management, market/business development, and B2B sales
- Strong commercial profile with high tolerance for rejection and a strong hunter mentality, focused on prospecting
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both in one-on-one settings and when presenting to technical audiences
- Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work on-site
