Your Job

As an NPI Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within our Optical Solutions business. You will partner with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure quality requirements are effectively implemented, risks are identified early, and new products are successfully launched into production.

Our Team

Our team is responsible for driving quality excellence throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and development through production launch. We collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Operations teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer expectations and business objectives.

What You Will Do

- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development through production launch.
- Participate in product development and quality planning activities.
- Drive risk assessments and quality reviews throughout the NPI process.
- Ensure quality requirements are defined and implemented during product transfers and launches.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to NPI programs.
- Track project milestones and quality deliverables to support successful launches.
- Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support customer and business requirements throughout the product development process.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality planning and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in product development and manufacturing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.




- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.

What Will Put You Ahead

- Experience with APQP, AQP, PDP, or structured product development processes.
- Experience leading quality activities during product transfers and production launches.
- Background in electronics manufacturing.
- Experience in program management, project coordination, or PMO-related activities.
- Experience with fiber optic or transceiver products.
- Knowledge of risk management tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Validation.
- Experience interacting with customers during product development and qualification phases.
