Are you passionate about Supply Chain Planning technologies and enterprise application support? We are looking for an experienced OMP Application Support Specialist to support global OMP initiatives, production environments, and critical business projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support OMP application rollouts across global business units.
- Provide job monitoring and operational support during Early Life Support (ELS) phases.
- Update project schedules and roadmaps in collaboration with regional stakeholders.
- Perform environment setup activities including creation, refreshes, upgrades, and consolidations.
- Support security configuration and landscape management.
- Lead issue investigation and defect resolution efforts.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned projects.
- Support change management planning and execution.
- Provide Go-Live and production stabilization support.
- Perform Service Transition Management handovers.
- Deliver L2 support activities.
- Support cloud patching, server upsizing validation,
and health checks.
- Assist with test management and defect tracking.
- Support general transformation initiatives and APO Exit Program activities.
- Participate in ongoing and ad hoc projects across the OMP landscape.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting OMP Planning Solutions.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes.
- Experience with SAP APO, SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, or similar planning platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
- Experience with release management and production support.
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting large-scale planning transformations.
- Exposure to cloud environments and infrastructure operations.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management, and Service Transition practices.
