Oracle EBS Senior Analyst, IT Enterprise

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Analyst to support and enhance our Oracle EBS Finance 12.2.14 environment. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, and Procurement teams to translate business needs into effective application solutions, support implementations, and improve existing processes.

Key responsibilities

- Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions across Oracle EBS Finance and related systems.
- Support the design, testing, implementation, and ongoing operation of Oracle EBS R12 features.
- Prepare solution designs, system documentation, unit tests, and regression test scripts.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Support QA activities for releases and new implementations, including API, SFTP, connectivity, and cross-platform testing.
- Troubleshoot incidents, assess upstream and downstream impacts, and help improve application reliability.
- Guide end users on application features and recommend practical process improvements.

Required qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field,



or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience with Oracle EBS, including strong functional knowledge of EBS R12 Finance.
- 6+ years of experience with modules such as Procurement, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or Oracle Projects Billing, Costing, and Revenue.
- Experience with LATAM localizations.
- Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Strong financial, analytical, documentation, and testing skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders and coordinate work across teams.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with additional modules such as Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, AGIS, E-Business Tax, Cash Management, and Project Accounting.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Knowledge of test automation tools.
- Experience testing integrations involving banks, Kyriba, Tungsten, Ariba, or similar platforms.
