Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer to design, develop, and maintain interfaces in our enterprise integration architecture. In addition to core interface development and support, this role will serve as the primary backup for Fusion Middleware Administration, ensuring system availability, performance tuning, and operational support. You will work directly within a Linux OS environment that utilizes an Oracle Exadata database.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable integration solutions utilizing Oracle SOA Suite, OSB (Oracle Service Bus), and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).
- Create, publish, and manage SOAP and RESTful web services, orchestrating complex business processes (BPEL).
- Construct data mappings, transformations, and ETL processes using ODI to synchronize data between disparate systems.
- Write, optimize, and debug complex SQL queries to support data exchange. Diagnose, debug, and optimize integration flows, custom adapters, and web services.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and reusable components.
- Work with a high degree of independence in the design, implementation, and support of complex integrated applications on an enterprise-wide basis




- Act as the secondary/backup administrator for the Oracle WebLogic Server domains and Fusion Middleware infrastructure.
- Assist the primary administrator with code deployments, patching, and configuration management across development, test, and production environments.
- Monitor system health, middleware components, and service logs.
- Troubleshoot runtime issues, perform root-cause analysis, and assist with environment stabilization during outages.
- Collaborate with database administrators and network engineers to ensure optimal connectivity and performance between the Fusion stack and other IT components and systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing composites using Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, and ODI.
- Database & Querying Skills: Sound command of Oracle databases. Proven ability to write and tune complex SQL queries and PL/SQL is preferred.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java core language development and scripting languages like Python preferred
- System Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of WebLogic Server administration and deployment. Experience operating within Linux environments is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, ability to multitask between development and operational support, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
